The pilot has a fixed price and fixed deadline — and if it does not show measurable value, we do not charge for it. Build is contracted by scope the pilot proved, maintenance monthly. Every figure is fixed in writing in the proposal, before work starts.
You do, entirely. Automations, knowledge base, plan and documentation stay with you even if we stop after the pilot — all ordinary files on your machines.
Scope is fixed per phase, so a new wish does not mean a quiet extra line on the invoice. New requests go into the next phase or maintenance — agreed and written down before work happens.
You decide. You can stop — everything from the pilot stays yours. You can continue into build, where only what was proved gets built. No automatic renewal and no hidden obligation.
