We keep the content accurate and current, but we make no guarantees. Statistics are attributed to their sources; product names (such as Obsidian) belong to their respective owners and their appearance here does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Engagements

Consulting engagements are governed by the individual written agreement, which prevails over anything on this website. Typical terms — deliverables, price range, timeline, data-processing agreement — are fixed in the proposal you receive before any work starts.

Intellectual property

Website content is © syntax.media. You may quote it with attribution. Systems we build for clients belong to the client — that is the point.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes go to the competent court in Ljubljana, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
