The short version

This website collects no personal data. No cookies, no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no third-party embeds. We cannot profile you because we have nothing to profile you with.

What we process

When you email us (or use the contact form, which simply opens a draft in your own mail client): we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you — nothing else. We do not add you to mailing lists, share your address, or feed your message into third-party CRM systems.

Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) keeps standard, short-lived technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to operate the service. We do not access or analyze them for marketing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for correction, or ask for deletion. Since the only thing we ever hold is email correspondence, the usual answer is: your emails, and we delete them on request. Write to hello@syntax.media.

During engagements

Client data handled during consulting engagements is governed by the individual contract and data-processing agreement — not by this website policy. Our architecture principle is the same everywhere: your data stays on your systems.
